  Extremely poor call centre. Held on for 15 minutes then gave up. No indication of possible wait time or place in queue as you would expect in a modern call centre. It's a good job it wasn't urgent.

  The Essex Police control room takes so long been on the phone for over a hour now and still no one has picked up its a joke it might not be a emergency but It is to help people out instead off it kicking off and they make you wait this long
