  Absolutely adorable cattery, run by an incredibly rude individual.
  
  After arriving back from our holiday I called to see if there was the possibility of collecting our cats early but was diverted to an answer phone where I left a brief comment of the situation and our intentions. We had got no response back, so headed there for 4pm to collect as indicated on the website and all of our corresponding paperwork.
  
  At 3:53 I was sent a text message advising that my appointment time would be at 4:45pm, but unfortunately this wasn't received as we were already travelling. We were not advised previously of any required drop off or collection times, and when we arrived Carol could not have looked less pleased to have seen us. We were then spoken to so rudely that my girlfriend was so shocked she had to go back to the car with our 6-mo daughter to calm down.
  
  "The paperwork clearly states your appointment times" Carol advised. It doesn't.
  
  "All my other clients understand the collection time and it's all on the website" she muttered under her breath at us. It isn't.
  
  However, Carol's mood did eventually perked up when it came to settling the bill, and she began to talk us through our cats stay and eating habits. It turns out that our cats must have a good judge of character as they spent all week hissing at her.
  
  I'd be more than happy to advise the cattery is a secure, safe, calm environment for anyone to use. However, I will be making sure that Carol never gets our family or friends custom again.
