  Recently bought my new car from here. When visiting to browse last week the receptionist immediately went to find someone to serve me. Once I was introduced to Jay Singh (Retail Consultant) he offered drinks and quickly made us feel at home. When looking at cars Jay took his time to explain everything (and clearly new everything there was to know) but also gave me time to ask questions. Once I had decided which car to purchase Jay was excellent at going through all the pricing options to tailor it to my preference. Picked the car up 2 days ago and Jay was there waiting so again I was seen to straight away . Once again Jay took his time to explain everything about the handover and then all the controls in the car itself. Couldn't have been a better service from Jay so I will certainly be returning to BMW Fairfield again in the future!

  This was my first ever dealing with Fairfield and it most certainly will not be my last! I strongly recommend for first time buyers because the staff there are very professional, especially Casey Lyons who made everything quick and easy. Plenty of information was given to me by Casey leaving me without questions to ask and he is very patient, professional and very helpfull.
